What we do
Four areas of work. Each page says what it solves, how we work, and — rarely written down — when we are not the right choice.
Custom software development
Web applications, APIs and SaaS platforms
People arrive here by two routes. Either off-the-shelf software does not do what the business needs, and the day goes on working around its limits with spreadsheets and manual effort. Or something bespoke was built years ago, nobody understands it any more, and every change takes weeks.\n\nIn both cases the cost is not the licence — it is people's time compensating for what the tool does not do.
Process automation
Workflows with n8n, Make and custom integrations
There is always a process someone does by hand every week: copying data between systems, producing the same report, forwarding requests, entering invoices. It works, so nobody touches it — until you count the hours it takes per year.\n\nThe real cost is rarely the time. It is that manual processes make mistakes, and the mistake surfaces when a customer complains.
Chatbots and WhatsApp agents
Automated support with AI, within the law
The same question arrives dozens of times a week. Opening hours, availability, order status, prices. Someone answers every one by hand, and the ones arriving out of hours wait until the next day — by which point half have bought elsewhere.
Technical SEO and Iberian search
Two markets, two languages, one site
Serving Spain and Portugal from one site looks simple until you realise a ccTLD is a geographic signal that cannot be switched off. A `.pt` trying to rank in Spain is always working against the wind, and no Search Console setting fixes it.\n\nThen there is the part almost everyone gets wrong: hreflang without reciprocity, editions that are word-for-word translations and therefore count as duplicates, and pages reachable at three different URLs at once.
